Some people often may wonder, “How do you stabilize a wine”, or “How do you make a stable wine before bottling”. In this video we will go through all of the steps to make a stable wine. This includes cold stability (Tartrate stability), microbial stability, and prevention and treatment of various hazes that can occur in your wine. It is very important to assure that your wine is stable or stabilized before putting it into bottle. This will prevent crystals in the bottle and prevent corks from popping off of your bottles which can be a mess.
