Homemade wine recipe: Ribena wine

A super easy Ribena wine recipe. This recipe can be found all over the different wine making forums.

Equipment needed:

Demijohn
Airlock and bung
Cooking pan (stainless steel)
Funnel
Syphon tube
Milton tablet or 5 campden tablets for sterilising

Ingredients:

Ribena of choice. Not the sugar free crap
1 kilo of sugar
Yeast nutrient
Citric acid
Yeast of choice
