This episode is FIRE! No, really, literally, on fire. Taking a tip from Jon Townsend, we cooked some wine and then set it ablaze. And boy did it BLAZE!! Not too long ago, this @Townsends episode crossed our Youtube feed, and we just couldn’t resist giving it a try. Apparently, this recipe comes to us from 17th century France and is the origin of Brandy (or something like that… we aren’t Historymatians) but for us, it was just down right tasty. Sweet but tasty. We highly recommend giving this one a try for some holiday fun… with adult supervision… and maybe listen to Jon and cut that sugar in half. (Did we mention it was sweet? Like sucking on a sugar cube sweet!) Thanks to Team Townsend for always making fun and amazing content. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, Jon Townsend is the Mr. Rogers of Youtube.
