MEAL PLAN AND NEW RECIPE | CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOM WHITE WINE SAUCE | Cook with ME

MEAL PLAN with me! Let’s meal plan for the week! Plus I tried a new recipe Mozzarella Mushroom White Wine Chicken, but without the Mozzarella, and frying. I made it into my own tonight. Chicken with Mushroom White Wine Sauce Recipe (DEE’s take)
3 chicken thighs
2 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 very large Garlic Clove minced
Salt & Pepper
7 ounces of Mushrooms (I used what I had)
1/2 cup of dry white wine
1/4 cup of chicken broth
2 tbs of Italian Seasoning
3/4 cups of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese

I coated chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add 1 tbs of butter and minced garlic clove, and place chicken in preheated 365 degree oven for 30 minutes. In a bowl add chicken broth, wine, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, and I added whatever garlic pieces left from the cutting board lol and stir. After 30 minutes, pour mixture over chicken, another 1 tbs of butter, and place back into oven to get sauce to boil (cook the wine), then take out after about 15 minutes, add the grated parmesan cheese and top each chicken with the shredded Parmesan cheese (or Mozzarella!). Place back into oven until the cheeses all melt or about 10 minutes. Stir up some of that sauce over rice, top it off with the delicious chicken and BOOM!!! Enjoy!
