Ingredients:
pork ham hock – 1 piece
for the marinade:
white wine – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
olive oil – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
mustard – 5 g (0.18 oz)

pickled cabbage – 250 g (8.8 oz)
red onion – 1 piece
garlic powder – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
mustard – 5 g (0.18 oz)
beer – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
bacon – 100 g (3.5 oz)
honey – 30 g (1 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/1 HOUR
