Red Wine Beef Short Ribs, Winter Recipe

Save this recipe for the cold winter.

Ingredients:

Beef short ribs 8pz
Onion 1
Celery 1
Carrot 2
Red wine 500ml
Beef broth 250ml
Tomato paste 60g

Directions:
Sear on a large pot short ribs at high temperature. When the meat is caramelized add diced vegetables and keep searing at medium temperature. Add tomato paste and caramelized for 2 minutes then add red wine and Beef broth.
Cook for minimum of 3 hours up to 6 hours.
You can pair a beautiful Chianti or Pinot Noir.
