#winewithryan – the wife and I are having fun making wine tasting/review videos for Instagram and Youtube. We’ve learned much about wines along our journey the past couple years and are excited to see lots of new wines coming out all the time.
For now, this is a 2020 Apothic Cabernet Sauvignon and is a full bodied with with primary notes of dark berries, blue berries and cherries. Sweetness level is just a smidge higher than we normally prefer though the doozy here is on the first sip, you are hit with a Vanilla Bomb! This is a drinkable wine and likely geared towards helping to ease the transition into red wines for new consumers. Bought at our local Co-op for $14, it was definitely fun to try!
