I was gifted with red wine last Christmas so I decided to make our version of Beef Stew with Red Wine Recipe.

After adding the beef cubes, I put salt and ground black pepper. It took me almost three hours to cook this, making sure the beef was tender with the right sauce thickness, and the result was savory and delicious. In general, the longer the cooking time, the less the amount of alcohol remains.

*Procedure:
1. Sauté onions and garlic.
2. Add the beef cubes. Put salt and ground black pepper.
3. Put the red wine, water, beef cube, and dried thyme. Stir and cover to boil.
4. Add bay leaves and water as needed.
5. Check and taste the sauce. Adjust by adding more salt and pepper.
6. When the sauce has reduced and the beef is tender, add the carrots. Cover and simmer.
7. Lastly, add the potatoes. Cover and let it cook.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and turn off the heat. Serve and Enjoy!
