If you like, light, citrusy and refreshing white wines, here are my three best recommendations: German Riesling, Basque Txakoli, also called Txakolina and finally Sicilian Inzolia. For the Riesling, I highly recommend Weingut Thorle, Fritz Haag or Dr. Brunklin Wolf. Best Txakoli is produced by Txakoli Txomin or Bodegas Rezabal. My favourite Inzolia is produced by Cuaratolo Arini
