Ingredients for 1 portion
Essential:

45 ml (1 and 1/2 fl oz) gin
45 ml (1 and 1/2 fl oz) red flavoured wine
10 ml (1/3 fl oz) lemon juice
Lemon zest to taste
Ice cubes to tasty

Method
1. Add all the ingredients and ice to a shaker. Shake well.
2. Fill a glass with ice.
3. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon zest.
