🍷I’m not a fan of still non-alcoholic wines…they just don’t do the job. All my recommendations are sparkling because they bring that effervescent, celebratory vibe 🎉✨. They make you feel like you’re drinking without the alcohol. That said, some of these could be triggering for those in recovery, so keep that in mind.

Here are my top picks:

🍷 1. Salted Honey Hibiscus Mocktail Concentrate
This is my absolute favorite♥️. It tastes like a pét-nat, with fruity and vinegary undertones. Just add sparkling water, and it’s ready to go. What sets it apart is the kava, it’s the only option here that gives you a natural buzz 🌀. Right now, it’s 20% off in my Etsy shop.

🍇 2. Prima Pave
I love this brand because it was started by a mom 👩‍👧, and they have such a cool story. Their wines are organic, elegant, made with Italian grapes, and my favorite is the Blanc de Blanc, light, crisp, and perfect for celebrations 🥂.

🌿 3. Spark by Three Spirit
These non-alcoholic wines have pét-nat-style flavors that are herby, fruity, and slightly funky. Think of pét-nat like a less polished Champagne. This is also packed with adaptogens, but as you know, I recommend saving adaptogens for supplements since they take time to work. Still, it’s a super high-quality, thoughtfully crafted brand 🍷.

🍒 4. Edenvale Sparkling Shiraz
Edenvale has been making non-alcoholic wines before the movement even started, and they offer a fantastic line of de-alcoholized wines. Their sparkling Shiraz is my favorite; dark, jammy, and reminiscent of a Lambrusco. It’s indulgent and delicious 🍷✨.

💫 5. Thomas & Scott’s Naughty
Probably the easiest to get your hands on, it’s available on Amazon 📦. They use organic grapes, and their plain sparkling wine is a reliable, crowd-pleasing option. Just a heads up: some sparkling wines, even organic ones, can give you a slight headache, likely due to sulfites.
