Over the last several years we have seen growing interest and production in natural wines. Natural wines can farmed organically or biodynamically and/or made with little intervention by the winemaker. This results in wines that may look, smell and taste different than other wines, wines that are described by some as ‘living’. During this seminar we will discuss how approaches in viticulture and winemaking differ from that of traditional wines.
