How do Sommeliers learn to taste wine? Rajat Parr, who oversees the wine program of the Michael Mina restaurant group and now makes wines at Sandhi Wines, explains how he learned.

He adds that with study, blind tasting is “actually fairly easy” when wines are presented in their classic form.
