ഗ്രാമ്പ്. -25gm. |

ചുക്ക്. -100gm. |

Then we need.

ഉണക്കമുന്തിരി – 1kg
പഞ്ചസാര. -4kg
ഇഞ്ചി. -500gm
നാരങ്ങ. -2 എണ്ണം
എസൻസ്. –
വെള്ളം. -1 കുടം

Step1:add water
Step2: add sugar(600gm) to the water and boile it.
Step3:add the washed and grinded raisins
(ഉണക്കമുന്തിരി ) to the sugar water .
Step4: add the powdered spices in to the wine
Step5: add cuted lemons in to the wine
Step6 : add Ginger in to the wine

Cook it well

Step7: add the caramelized sugar (150gm) into the wine. Careful on this step. Mix it well.
after some time take the wine From the gas stove and let it cool.
After wine is cooled.
Make small kizhi with wheat and put it in to the wine.
After that cover the wine vessel with a white cotton cloth and keep it in a dark place for 15 to 20 days.
Then the wine is ready to serve.
