???? INGREDIENTS:

1 red wine (semi-dry, sweet
or Pinot Noir)
2 cinnamon sticks
3 capsules of cardamom
10 clove
2 star anise
1/2 vanilla pod
3 organic oranges

When the red wine is a Pinot Noir
or semi-dry, then 50 g
Use cane sugar or 1 tbsp honey.
