Ice Wine Chocolate Pots Dessert Recipe – Glen And Friends Cooking – Better Than Chocolate Pudding
Cooking with ice wine and dark chocolate brings incredible flavour to this recipe. To call this a chocolate pudding recipe, or chocolate mouse recipe is to really oversimplify the depth of flavour from Ice wine and chocolate.

Ingredients:
300 mL 35% whipping cream
75 mL milk
75 mL Ice Wine
200g dark chocolate chopped
4 egg yolks
50g sugar
Method:Pour the cream, milk, and ice wine into a saucepan and place on a medium heat.
Bring just barely to a simmer, turn off the heat and add the chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.Whisk the sugar and egg yolks until the mixture is pale and super creamy.
Slowly mix in the slightly cooled melted chocolate, and mix until fully incorporated.
Divide the mixture into individual serving dishes.
Refrigerate for at least 2 -3 hours to set.
Makes about 1L of liquid, and can be divided into 8-12 servings.
