9-12 pounds fresh Organic Lemons
6 pounds of Sugar
3 Campden Tablets
1.5 Tsp Yeast Nutrient
1.5 Tsp Acid Blend
1.5 Tsp Wine Tannin
1.5 Tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 Package Wine Yeast
(Optional) Organic Lemon or Lime Juice

5 Gallon Batch Lemon Wine recipe

15-20 pounds fresh Organic Lemons
10 pounds of Sugar
5 Campden Tablets
2.5 Tsp Yeast Nutrient
2.5 Tsp Acid Blend
2.5 Tsp Wine Tannin
2.5 Tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 Package Wine Yeast
(Optional) Organic Lemon or Lime Juice
