1.5 Tsp Wine Tannin
1.5 Tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 Package Wine Yeast

5 Gallon Batch Mango Wine recipe
15-20 pounds fresh or frozen fruit (Mangos in this case)
10 pounds of Sugar
5 Campden Tablets
2.5 Tsp Yeast Nutrient
2.5 Tsp Acid Blend
2.5 Tsp Wine Tannin
2.5 Tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 Package Wine Yeast
