Want to learn how to cook Italian food? Follow me along on my journey of going to culinary school in Italy.

Today marked the beginning of cheese week. There are so many varieties of Italian cheeses that we first had to start with a taste test to get more acquainted with them. After learning about many different types of both hard and soft cheeses, we moved on to sommelier training.

Learning how to pair wine and food is a really important skill. We practice this skill today along with practicing how to properly open a bottle of sparkling wine.
