今天有我的客家妈妈来分享我外婆的私房食谱-酿葡萄干酒。自小都吃喝着外婆料理,总觉得有种难以言喻的美味。原来很多菜肴都有加入葡萄酒来做调料。想着自己现在当个美食博主,一定要趁这个机会把这家族的私房食谱记录起来也跟大家分享我们家的好滋味。 ???? 准备时间 :1天 ???? 酿造时间 :3个月 ????️ 份量 :2公升 ????️ 工具 :8公升 玻璃瓮 (https://shope.ee/5pSs4Jcq4u) ????食材 – 1 公斤 葡萄干 (https://shope.ee/10NcJVxghs) – 1 公斤 冰糖 (https://shope.ee/79yFf0EVM1) – 3 公升 水 – 5 粒 甜酒饼 (https://shope.ee/5f9Rra5ykq) – 5 粒 辣酒饼 ????‍????做法 1. 把玻璃瓮清洗干净晒干。也把买回来的酒饼和葡萄干各自晒干确保没有湿气就可以。 2. 把冰糖放入锅子加入水煮溶晾凉1天。 3. 酒饼擀碎后倒入玻璃瓮里。 4. 葡萄干用凉开水洗两遍后直接放入玻璃罐里。 5. 倒入冰糖水后放上盖子就好,别关紧。 6. 放在阴凉和方便照看到的位置就可以了。 7. 三天后看见所有葡萄干浮起来了,用干净无水的勺子就翻拌一下盖上盖子。 8.
